My name is Gunter Ehm

and I bring over 25 years of experience in international Sales across various industries.

With a background as a graduate engineer (FH) and a Master of Business Marketing, I have held multiple roles throughout my career, gaining expertise in logistics services, the commercial vehicle sector, large IT projects under public-private partnerships, rail automation, traffic management systems, and airport projects.

Despite the diversity of these sectors, I’ve found that the essence of sales remains unchanged. My commitment is to leverage my deep understanding of sales to closely examine the unique aspects of your business, identify specific challenges, and provide tailored advice to ensure your success.

I view sales as the most dynamic and crucial area within a company, where I serve as a bridge connecting people of various disciplines—technicians, commercial staff, developers, buyers, managers, controllers, and even political decision-makers. My work involves key aspects of business development, marketing, key account management, and technical sales, which are vital for nurturing relationships and driving business growth.

International Sales requires adaptability to country-specific cultural peculiarities and circumstances. It requires the openness to accept new thought patterns and behaviors and to put oneself in their shoes.

Sales, to me, is not just a profession but a lifestyle that involves developing business strategies, honing an instinct for success, and resiliently overcoming setbacks. It’s about constantly redefining oneself and staying open to new ideas and perspectives.

My ultimate goal in sales is to help my clients overcome their challenges and achieve their ambitions, embodying the philosophy that every interaction is an opportunity to either win or learn.

My language skills include German, English, Russian on a fluent level and basic Italian.

I claim to be a visionary with an openness to creative solutions. I think and act entrepreneurially, have proven management skills in disciplinary and functional organizations. My communication skills and distinct intercultural competence as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills and systematic working approach round off my profile.
