Stopping and reflecting every now and then should, I think, be part of our lives. As a coach, I support leaders in rethinking their processes and making decisions. I strive to help my clients see opportunities that may not be apparent at first. Their decisions are driven by their true goals and desires.
By change, I mean an increase in the number of choices. Any change can only be lasting through internal change. Most of us have a hidden belief in our behaviour that the pursuit of change leads to security, so we often experience change as a loss of security.
For this reason, I support my clients and training groups by creating a safe environment for them so that they feel comfortable with change or the reception of new information. I strive to enable them to fulfil their potential and vocation in the way they have always wanted to.
I started my career as an engineer and then continued as an economist. I worked as a manager for more than 25 years. It was in the context of my own leadership issues that I came across the coaching profession. My knowledge at the time did not answer many of my important questions. In search of solutions, I studied organisational development and change management, training methodology and then coaching for many years.
I have been working as a coach since 2008. My working method is based on Gestalt and Organoco creative coaching trends, spiced up with my own leadership experiences and experiences, with a touch of humour. In search of fresh perspectives, I am constantly attending training courses and regularly attend supervision groups. I am a member of the Hungarian Gestalt Association and the Association of Hungarian Coach Organisations
