As a graduate in economics and as a teacher of physical education, as a former elite athlete, I know exactly what processes take place at different stages of a sports career and a management career. During personal development with a leader or athlete, I develop specific areas. These include success, unspoken goals, pressure at work, insecurity, loss of motivation or even the pressure of promotion and how to deal with it!
In my experience, these can be well developed and, with conscious training, can be incorporated to achieve our goals more effectively!
Basically, I work in the field of sports, with athletes and coaches, and the methods learned here can be easily integrated in the business field, as we all have a little Olympian in us!
The relationship between business and sport is indisputable, as goals, their achievement, self-improvement, awareness, perseverance and competitiveness must be present in both.
I feel fortunate in my job because I get to work with highly motivated individuals who want to improve and are capable, and seeing their journey makes me feel a part of their success.
For me, it is the goals I set that are the most important, but it is the journey itself that is the most rewarding!
