My aim is to explore individual and team motivation to ensure everyone performs at their best, while also focusing on personal development and team progress. To achieve this, I create an environment that supports not only people, but also teamwork and shared decision-making. Rather than expecting them to adapt to the system, I facilitate this goal through various process optimisations. This goal-oriented approach guided us when we built our various leadership training courses.
I started my career as a developer at Audi in Hungary. After five years, looking for a new challenge, I found my place in production, where I immediately felt at home. After fourteen years of management experience, I started working as a consultant. This shift gave me the opportunity to see as an outsider the challenges that I had not seen or understood as a manager at the time. It helped and still helps me to provide maximum support to our customers in optimising in different areas, because I believe that everything is connected. For example, improving the utilisation of a production line is all about improving communication, allocating responsibilities and making the various data-driven decisions that are needed from production all the way to the factory management level.
This helped me and the other trainers to set up the AgadoPro-Academy, where we have created a platform where everyone can get and find solutions for self-improvement, project support and coaching.
