I started my career as an engineer over 20 years ago, aspiring for greater responsibilities that involved leading teams locally and later, geographically dispersed. Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with over 1000 colleagues, coordinated more than 20 teams, and successfully completed over 50 customer projects in IT development, operations, and consultancy across sectors like energy, finance, manufacturing, hospitality, and retail. Effectiveness and efficiency have always been my primary interests, leading me to specialize in behavioral change and leadership mentoring.
