My goal is to share some of the experience and knowledge I have gathered over my 25-year journey through various disciplines and international enterprises
I love what I do, and this passion led me to start AgadoPro together with my very good friends and partners, Attila Jezsó and Günther van de Rijt.
I started my career at Mercedes-Benz in Stuttgart and Sindelfingen as a member of the CEO’s staff, where I was responsible for various projects in knowledge management and process design & improvement for standardized projects such as passenger car projects and cost reduction initiatives. After six years, I left the company for new challenges and joined a start-up focused on automotive electronics development and testing, where I served as Head of Sales and Head of Project Management. Three years later, I began working as an interim manager at the C-level and B-level, with a strong focus on cost cutting/business improvement, task-force management, product development, and purchasing and procurement.
During this time, I conducted management trainings and workshops upon request, which I always found to be a pleasure.
