But it was far from my childhood dream of becoming a pilot. I earned a Mechanical Engineering degree specialising in Mathematics from the Technical University of Budapest. It gave me a rigorous logical sense and understanding of the underlying physics in most products
Technical acumen alone, however, is not sufficient for success. My career has evolved through various managerial roles at major corporations such as GE Electric, Shell, Flex, and Faurecia, where I honed my soft skills and learned the importance of cooperation and clear communication within multinational environments. I am not saying it is a perfect world, but I used these opportunities to amalgamate the experiences collected.
My professional journey with Six Sigma started at GE, where I earned a Black Belt certification and began training our suppliers. I mastered the Yellow, Green, and Black Belt curriculums through multiple courses at companies like Rosenberger and Tequa, where I served as Operational Excellence Leader and Senior Trainer, respectively. I refined the training materials gradually to be more effective by integrating soft skill modules like project management and workshop facilitating and enhancing them with necessary statistical tools such as sample size calculators.
I have also mentored over 50 projects, leading to more than 500,000 EUR savings in the Automotive and Medical Devices industries.
My 15 years of project leadership experience, knowledge of all departments (Sourcing, Technical Sales, Operation, Quality, Finance, Law), and engagement with different cultures helped me to put the training into the right context.
My journey reflects a commitment to continuous improvement and effective leadership in complex and diverse settings. I look forward to leveraging these experiences to contribute positively to AgadoPro-Academy driving excellence and innovation.
