Die Entwicklung sowohl der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte als auch der Organisation als Ganzes ist der Schl\u00fcssel zur Entwicklung von Organisationen. Bei der AgadoPro-Academy<\/strong> konzentrieren wir uns auf beide Bereiche gleichzeitig, denn wir glauben, dass erst die Kombination aus beiden zu einer wirklich nachhaltigen und effektiven Entwicklung f\u00fchrt. In diesem Artikel zeigen wir, warum es nicht ausreicht, sich nur auf die F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte zu konzentrieren und warum es notwendig ist, den Wandel auf der Organisationsebene zu unterst\u00fctzen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warum reicht die Entwicklung von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften allein nicht aus?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Programme zur Entwicklung von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften spielen eine wichtige Rolle bei der Verbesserung der individuellen Kompetenzen von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften, wie z.B. Kommunikation, Entscheidungsfindung und strategisches Denken. Diese individuellen F\u00e4higkeiten sind von gr\u00f6\u00dfter Bedeutung, aber wenn sie nicht mit einer parallelen Umgestaltung der Organisation einhergehen, werden sie nicht die erwarteten Ergebnisse liefern. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
