Jeder hatte seinen Platz, seine Rolle und seine Verantwortung, doch ihre Leistung diente einem gemeinsamen, gr\u00f6\u00dferen Zweck: der Musik. Der Dirigent hatte das Sagen, aber der Erfolg des Orchesters hing nicht allein von ihm ab &#8211; jeder musste seine Rolle in perfekter Harmonie spielen.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Diese Erfahrung brachte mich dazu, Parallelen zur Arbeitsweise von Organisationen zu ziehen. Ein Unternehmen kann nur dann erfolgreich sein, wenn alle Beteiligten, von den Mitarbeitern bis zu den Managern, ihre Rolle kennen und ihre Verantwortung wahrnehmen. F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte sind die Dirigenten der organisatorischen &#8222;Symphonie&#8220; &#8211; sie leiten und inspirieren, aber nicht alles muss zu 100% von ihnen abh\u00e4ngen.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mangelnde Harmonie: wenn alles von den Anf\u00fchrern abh\u00e4ngt<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>In vielen Organisationen ruht alles auf den Schultern der mittleren F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte. Sie sind diejenigen, von denen die t\u00e4glichen Entscheidungen, die Leitung der Abteilungen und letztlich die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Organisation abh\u00e4ngen.
