Deshalb ist es wichtig zu verstehen, was hinter diesem Ph\u00e4nomen steckt. Wir analysieren oft, wie sich Manager verhalten sollten, <strong>diskutieren<\/strong> aber <strong>selten, warum sie sich so verhalten, wie sie es tun.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tiefere Ursachen f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungsverhalten<\/h4>\n\n<p><strong>Misstrauen:<\/strong> Dies ist einer der h\u00e4ufigsten Gr\u00fcnde, warum eine F\u00fchrungskraft Mikromanagement ben\u00f6tigt. Wenn eine F\u00fchrungskraft kein Vertrauen in die F\u00e4higkeiten ihrer Mitarbeiter hat oder bef\u00fcrchtet, dass die Arbeit ohne sie nicht dem Standard entspricht, neigt sie zu \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfiger Einmischung.
