Der PDCA-Zyklus (Plan-Do-Check-Act) wird nicht nur zur Verbesserung von Produktionsprozessen eingesetzt<\/strong>, sondern findet sich auch in vielen Bereichen des Lebens wieder, oft ohne dass wir uns dessen bewusst sind. Von unseren allt\u00e4glichen Entscheidungen bis hin zur Planung unseres Urlaubs kann uns die Anwendung der PDCA-Methode helfen, effizienter und zufriedener zu leben.
