Meiner Erfahrung nach habe ich unz\u00e4hlige Besprechungen in verschiedenen Unternehmen beobachtet, und diese Besprechungen spiegeln oft die Werte, Normen und Arbeitsprinzipien der Organisation wider. Zwei Schl\u00fcsselelemente, Objektivit\u00e4t und Probleml\u00f6sung, werden durch die Dynamik der Besprechungen besonders deutlich.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objektivit\u00e4t in den Meetings<\/h4>\n\n<p>Das Vorhandensein oder Fehlen von Objektivit\u00e4t in Diskussionen sagt viel \u00fcber die Entscheidungskultur einer Organisation aus. Eine Organisation, in der Daten und Fakten die Diskussionen dominieren, wird tendenziell mehr Wert auf transparente, faktenbasierte Entscheidungen legen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass alle Beteiligten Entscheidungen auf einer klaren und gemeinsamen Grundlage treffen k\u00f6nnen, wodurch der Einfluss subjektiver Emotionen und pers\u00f6nlicher Meinungen verringert wird.
