W\u00e4hrend technische und prozessuale Faktoren wichtig sind, liegt die eigentliche Herausforderung des Wandels oft im Widerstand der Menschen. Das ADKAR-Modell (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) konzentriert sich auf diese Dimension und bietet L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr ein erfolgreiches Change Management, indem es sich auf die menschlichen Faktoren konzentriert.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum sind die Menschen die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Herausforderung?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Widerstand gegen Ver\u00e4nderungen ist eine nat\u00fcrliche menschliche Reaktion. Alte Teile unseres Gehirns, wie z.B. die Amygdala, k\u00f6nnen Ver\u00e4nderungen als Bedrohung wahrnehmen und Angst oder Stress ausl\u00f6sen. Menschen bevorzugen die Sicherheit des Vertrauten, und eine ungewisse Zukunft kann be\u00e4ngstigend sein.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das SCARF-Modell von David Rock verdeutlicht auch, dass w\u00e4hrend des Wandels die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Menschen, wie Status, Autonomie, Bindung oder das Bed\u00fcrfnis nach Gerechtigkeit, leicht beeintr\u00e4chtigt werden k\u00f6nnen. Wenn diese nicht angemessen ber\u00fccksichtigt werden, w\u00e4chst der Widerstand.   <strong>Das ADKAR-Modell hilft Ihnen, die wichtigen Schritte des Wandels zu erkennen.
