Eine Umfrage hat gezeigt, dass die Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeiter und die Effektivit\u00e4t der Organisation eng damit zusammenh\u00e4ngen, wie sehr sich die Mitarbeiter einbezogen und unterst\u00fctzt f\u00fchlen.
