Mein Ziel ist es, die Motivation des Einzelnen und des Teams zu erforschen, um sicherzustellen, dass jeder sein Bestes gibt, w\u00e4hrend ich mich gleichzeitig auf die pers\u00f6nliche Entwicklung und den Fortschritt des Teams konzentriere. Um dies zu erreichen, schaffe ich ein Umfeld, das nicht nur Menschen, sondern auch Teamarbeit und gemeinsame Entscheidungsfindung f\u00f6rdert. Anstatt von ihnen zu erwarten, dass sie sich an das System anpassen, erleichtere ich dieses Ziel durch verschiedene Prozessoptimierungen. Ich begann meine Karriere als Entwickler bei Audi in Ungarn. Nach f\u00fcnf Jahren, auf der Suche nach einer neuen Herausforderung, fand ich meinen Platz in der Produktion, wo ich mich sofort zu Hause f\u00fchlte. Nach vierzehn Jahren Managementerfahrung begann ich als Berater zu arbeiten. Diese Ver\u00e4nderung gab mir die M\u00f6glichkeit, als Au\u00dfenstehender die Herausforderungen zu sehen, die ich als Manager zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht gesehen oder verstanden hatte. Es half und hilft mir immer noch, unsere Kunden bei der Optimierung in verschiedenen Bereichen bestm\u00f6glich zu unterst\u00fctzen, denn ich glaube, dass alles miteinander verbunden ist<\/b>. Bei der Verbesserung der Auslastung einer Produktionslinie geht es beispielsweise darum, die Kommunikation zu verbessern, Verantwortlichkeiten zuzuweisen und die verschiedenen datengest\u00fctzten Entscheidungen zu treffen, die von der Produktion bis hin zur Werksleitung erforderlich sind.<\/p>\n

Das hat mir und den anderen Trainern geholfen, die AgadoPro-Academy<\/b> ins Leben zu rufen, wo wir eine Plattform geschaffen haben, auf der jeder L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Selbstverbesserung, Projektunterst\u00fctzung und Coaching finden kann.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Es inspiriert und motiviert mich, Menschen bei der Entwicklung und L\u00f6sung von Problemen und Herausforderungen zu helfen. Der Erwerb von neuem Wissen und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung sind mir ebenfalls wichtig, w\u00e4hrend ich einen Mehrwert schaffe, indem ich in der Gemeinschaft aktiv bin und mit Menschen in Kontakt trete.
